In celebration of the release of 3 heavy mixtapes in the last week, Kensei Abbot & Don Rubix treated themselves to a meal... not any ordinary meal but a meal fit for master Chefs. From this meal not only came sustenance, a temporary sensation of gas, and a few nice pipe hits... but the BASED duo from Queens hit up the lab and let it all out. In the process Kensei Abbot suffered from a debilitating neck injury, most likely from cooking too much, you know how they do.
